A couple of my key takeaways: ⭐️ The human experience and design of the metaverse desperately needs our attention and imagination. ⭐️ While intellectually many understand the metaverse is the future, emotionally there is still a significant disconnect. Representation is key. ⭐️ We have an amazing opportunity to create something that could: right generations of wrongs; be used as a tool of empowerment rather than subjugation; bridge the divides Web 2.0 has created; and produce something that - not only do we Want to participate in - but also has the potential to enhance minds, bodies, spirits, promote healing and equality, doesn’t harm our natural environment, and is actually something that gives people hope.
